Learning & Development Consultants
We are looking for Learning & Development Consultants with experience in the design and delivery of leadership, management, sales and service excellence training solutions.
The successful applicants will be leading edge players with that ability to inspire which separates the exceptional from the merely good.

As an LDL Learning & Development Consultant, your job is to sell, design and deliver bespoke learning and coaching solutions to LDL's blue chip client base. LDL programmes include personal
leadership. An interest in this dynamic, rapidly growing
area will ensure you feel comfortable with our methodology.
Remuneration will not be a limiting factor. On target earnings
comprise high basic salary and uncapped incentive package linked to
performance.
Associate Consultants
Whilst our business model is built on permanent full time consultants we also seek highly skilled and inspirational associates with extensive L&D, coaching and line business experience. Business Development Managers
We are looking for high-calibre sales professionals with
at least five years business-to-business sales experience
to join our sales team. Successful applicants will have an
effective consultative style, coupled with a strong drive
to win.
Educated to degree level, the role is to build close relationships
with existing and potential clients, maximise profitability
of accounts, develop a greater understanding of client requirements,
promote learning solutions, present sales proposals, negotiate
and consolidate contracts.
After circa two years in this role, the opportunity exists
to move across and become a Consultant.
Graduate Programme 2008
This programme has been designed to provide
ambitious new recruits with the learning and development
necessary to achieve a highly successful career in sales.
We are looking for applicants with drive,
energy & self-motivation, excellent communication
skills, business acumen and a thirst for challenge.
The role is to build relationships with
key decision makers in blue chip and medium sized businesses,
selling LDL's extensive range of open programmes and
tailored solutions.
