LDL Open Course Terms and Conditions
Payment must be made in full no later than 14
days before the programme commences. LDL reserves the right
to re-allocate the place to another delegate if fees are not
paid on time.
Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or
BACS.
You can substitute
a delegate on a programme at any time free of charge.

We regret that no refunds are allowed for cancellations
received within 14 days of the event, or for non-attendance.

more than 14 days before the event will be credited as follows:
programmes 80%, seminars 70%.
Transfers made 15+ days prior to a programme
= 0% of fee.
Transfers made 1-14 days prior to a programme will be charged
100% of fee. The transfer option only applies to delegates
transferring to a different date for the same programme.
Transfers can only be used once.
If that transfer is then cancelled and/or the delegate fails
to attend, the full programme fee remains payable.
The choice of programme date must be specified at the time
of the transfer.
Any discounts offered on LDL programmes are
exclusive. They cannot be combined. Except for company wide
or pre agreed discounts.
LDL reserves the right to change venues and
alter or cancel published dates without liability.
The prices quoted are correct at the time of
going to print. LDL reserves the right to adjust these.
