The Senior Management Programme

Three Days residential

Today's Senior Management task is changing in focus. Three components especially require close attention: developing people, strategic planning and managing change. The LDL Senior Management Programme is designed to equip executive managers and those aspiring to lead business in an era when success increasingly depends on people.
