The Executive PA

One Day

The executive PA is a pivotal part of an organisation’s leadership team. You are expected to run the office, handle multiple priorities, manage the support team and often manage senior people on the boss’s behalf. All with a calm, ‘I can handle it’ approach.

The truly effective personal assistant is the foundation that supports every great leader and every successful organisation. Today the executive PA is more a partner than a staff member.

To thrive in this fast paced role requires strong operating skills, teamwork, confidence and great communication skills. The challenge is to develop these skills when under relentless day-to-day pressure.

This course is the solution. Step-by-step the highly participative content brings you the learning and development you require to maximise your potential.

The course will challenge you, make you more versatile and give you more control of your time and energy. The programme is suitable both for those newly promoted to executive PA and those intent on enhancing their current role.
