About Robin Fielder

Robin Fielder is one of the UK’s foremost leadership and sales improvement strategists. His conference speaking is legendary and his ideas and techniques have helped thousands of professionals increase their performance markedly.

Robin is founder and managing director of performance development consultants LDL. A science graduate he began his career in the electronics industry. He then moved successfully into the world of sales and marketing, achieving more in five years than most people do in twenty.

In 1974, after breaking the new business record of one company within six months of joining, he decided to form LDL.
