 Compaq
Compaq is a world leader in the manufacture of personal
computers with a network of over 3,000 authorised resellers.
Compaq places great emphasis on training and development
and initially contracted LDL to deliver sales and presentation
skills training to a target audience of 80 Compaq personnel.
Subsequently, the training was extended to include leadership
and team building skills for the sales management team.
The success of this project has led to LDL becoming a Compaq
approved training provider to the reseller network offering
a range of courses covering presentation, selling and negotiation
skills. To date some 190 Compaq reseller personnel have attended
these programmmes, with certain key reseller preferring to
take LDL in-house for a more tailored approach.
