Olive

Olive is an Account Manager at LDL. She is on hand to listen to new enquirers as well as existing clients, asking careful questions so as to ascertain which LDL programmes or learning solutions might work best for the requirements of their business.

Once a project is underway, Olive is also closely involved in managing the smooth implementation of the training programme. She is on hand to offer ongoing support, ensuring clients’ needs and requirements are met throughout the duration of the project.

Olive will seek to review the success of the programme with clients post-delivery, and to maintain positive and long-term relationships with clients.
