Rosie is our Sales Manager here at LDL. She heads up a team of Account Managers, taking a lead in liaising with our consultancy team to ensure the full resources of LDL are at the disposal of our clients.

Rosie is also available in her own capacity as an Account Manager. She is on hand to listen to new enquirers as well as existing clients, so as to ascertain which programmes or learning solutions might work best for the requirements of their business.

Once a project is underway, Rosie is also closely involved in managing the smooth implementation of the training programmes. She is on hand to offer ongoing support, ensuring clients’ needs and requirements are met throughout the duration of the project.

Rosie is a firm believer that embedding the learning back in the workplace is key to ensuring positive long-term results. Working closely with clients, Rosie advises on post-training plans to guarantee that results are measurable and long-lasting.
