Tom is Marketing Manager at LDL. He helps to promote LDL training, taking a lead in the design and delivery of our email newsletters, as well as organising campaigns to spread the word about LDL training to wider audiences.

Working closely with the sales team, Tom helps to provide clients with an excellent experience when engaging with LDL. From managing the LDL website and social media channels to overseeing market-research processes, he helps to ensure that LDL messaging is focused, friendly and on-key.

In addition, Tom is active as a writer and researcher, collating current research to supplement LDL’s array of learning resources. He is an active contributor to the LDL blog, and also to leadership and sales blogs elsewhere on the web.
