Adestra

Adestra is a leading email marketing service providers or ESP in the UK. It achieved this position in only six years by employing the best email technology and marketing brains in the country.

LDL was asked to work with the founder directors of Adestra to develop a management/leadership programme for the senior management team.

The aim of the programme was to refresh, refine and develop individual skills, provide a common language and develop a team approach to skills development. Management, leadership, business development and finance based skills were all included.

Following the success of this initiative, LDL is now working with the directors to cascade the skills development to the next level of managers.
