LDL was asked to create a workshop, providing managers with practical and straightforward performance management skills. Participants work in a customer focused, in-the-moment, on your feet environment. The Client wanted practical tips and techniques with real impact on each manager’s ability to deal with day to day performance issues.
The airline is regulated by clearly defined service and safety standards and processes. The programme was designed to help mangers maintain these standards whilst ensuring that individual initiative is recognised and supported.
Sessions were run for ground based staff in the UK, Ireland, France and Germany and the programme is now integral to core management development training within the airline.
