Flextech is the content division of Telewest, the broadband communications and media group. Flextech’s core business is the supply of entertainment, information and interactive content and services to the UK multi-channel television and on-line markets.
LDL was invited to design and implement a comprehensive training solution for the advertising sales department. To ensure the training hit the mark, LDL worked closely with Flextech senior management.
Research was undertaken to establish the existing skill level of the delegates, the company culture and any business challenges.
Since it was initiated, 110 delegates have attended the training which included sales, presentation, negotiation and management skills.
As a follow-up LDL videoed individual presentations and role-play negotiations. This proved to be an invaluable exercise and brought much success in winning new business.
