Ageas UK is a leading provider of Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance Solutions in the UK to over 8 million customers.

The business provides a range of life and non life products through a range of channels including brokers, affinity partners, intermediaries, as well as wholly or majority owned companies such as Ageas Insurance Solutions, Castle Cover, RIAS, Tesco Underwriters and Kwik Fit Insurance.

To coincide with a recent major rebranding exercise (They recently rebranded as Ageas, having formerly been known as Fortis Insurance) Ageas partnered with LDL to customise an Inspirational Leadership programme for 200 of their senior managers across their major business units in the UK. The programmes were aligned heavily to the Ageas core values, which are to be trusted, passionate to deliver, energised, focused on customer service and working together.

The programmes were highly practical, and encouraged sharing of best practices across a diverse group of managers from all parts of the expanding Ageas organisation.

Delegates left with a toolkit of ideas that they could immediately implement to help them get the best out of their people and to achieve their vision of being the ‘natural choice’ for insurance.
