Mintel is constantly looking at initiatives to grow its highly talented and motivated workforce. LDL has enjoyed a longstanding ten year relationship with Mintel, delivering a number of programmes including management, teambuilding, presentation and sales.

Most recently LDL was asked to put together a programme to develop the management skills of all UK line managers and provide an insight into leadership skills.With the help of the Head of HR and Head of Sales, LDL developed a ‘Motivational Manager’ programme which was successfully run for 34 Managers.
