PKF

PKF is the eighth largest firm of accountants and business advisers in the UK. Its focus is on providing business advisory services to a national and international client base.

LDL was invited to work with PKF’s management consultancy business to facilitate its strategic planning process. This business had been growing rapidly and PKF wanted to provide a platform for sound organisational development.

The project commenced with LDL facilitating a strategic leadership workshop with the management team to clarify direction and values. This was followed by coaching sessions to clarify personal objectives.

Following the success of this initiative, LDL was invited to deliver a suite of programmes for staff development within the management consultancy business.

More recently LDL has been invited to facilitate PKF’s 360º feedback programme and construction of individuals’ personal action plans.
