LDL was assigned to develop a leadership development programme, concentrating on leadership and team building skills for all Branch Managers within the UK.
LDL has since become the primary provider of account management training for the Branch network, Telephone Banking and Corporate Sales division.
To date, LDL has delivered 180 tailored programmes to nearly 800 delegates. A key focus of the training has been the emphasis on personal development, a factor which the Client believes has contributed towards the Co-operative Bank being recognised as one of the Nation’s leading banks in terms of efficiency, professionalism and friendliness.
