Yamaha are market leaders in the Motorcycle and Marine engines market, with a tremendous racing heritage and a reputation for innovation, style, reliability and quality.
Yamaha Motor UK wanted to ‘raise the bar’ within their dealer network and assigned LDL to conduct a company wide audit of their training needs. We subsequently designed a series of Customer Service and Sales workshops for their UK team, and also worked with the Yamaha board facilitating a number of ‘top team’ events which focused on setting Yamaha’s UK vision and values.
We then designed a range of Leadership programmes for Yamaha’s dealer network, focusing on People Management, Business Development, and Commercial Awareness/Financial Management. These programmes have helped Yamaha to build market share, foster better customer/dealer relationships and improve both top line and bottom line results.
