With his last major corporate role as a Director at Goldman Sachs where he designed, created and delivered a pioneering in-house leadership development programme, Jonathan is a highly experienced consultant, coach and business leader.

Now working as a leadership and personal development consultant, Jonathan works with many global companies on programmes and interventions ranging from 1-1 executive coaching and self-leadership programmes through to large scale senior-level leadership and team building events.

Jonathan has an excellent understanding of emotional intelligence and its importance for individuals looking to collaborate and communicate more effectively. As well as being accredited in many standard psychometric tools such as MBTI, FIRO-B and 360 degree instruments, he is also a certified facilitator of TetraMap, a self-score instrument designed to help individuals understand their behavioural style and preferences.
